    Self-acceptance: 3 levels of your karma

    To accept one’s nature then one should learn about themselves first.
    To learn - means to find out about the real you without masks and without trying to meet anyone’s expectations.
    It is actually very difficult to do it by yourself. So, you will need some tools or help.
     
    For example,
    Astrology explains that there are 3 levels of Karma depending on their restrictive power.
    The best way of course is to accept of all levels of karma and then to setup goals to overcome the obstacles. But, the first step is to fully accept the third level of Karma – the impossible to change. By accepting it, one can relive a lot of mental, emotional, material and physical energy that could be used to overcome the first or second levels of Karma.

    DO YOU KNOW YOUR LADDER OF PRIORITIES?

    Life priorities in relationship should match each other positions. This means that if you put your partner as a number one priority – you need a partner who puts relationship at the first place as well otherwise, you will feel neglected often.
    But first you should explore and set up your life priorities.
    - Psychology says your life priorities are based on your needs and may change over time
    - Astrology says all your and your partner’s life priorities are set by your birth chart and may be changed temporarily based on transits, progressions, solar, directions (your karma)
    Clarification: Your priorities are based on your permanent and temporary needs. Your temporary needs bring some temporary changes to your permanent priorities. So everyone should be aware of their permanent and temporary needs/priorities.
    Permanent needs/priorities consist of:
    - Situations that make you feel inspired, active, alive
    - Situations that make you feel relaxed, healed, calm

    Why do we need to go back in memories and analyze what happened before?
    One of the reason is to learn by our own mistakes, so we won’t repeat them in the future. And for this, one should recognize the mistakes at first. Recognizing means not just listing them but to understand their negative impact on relationship, triggers and to set up goals to work hard to prevent them in future.
    From the above short table, you can see that this person definitely has some anger issues which was affecting her relationship with her ex. She should find a way to fix them, otherwise there is a high chance of repeating the same mistakes in her new relationship: interrupting, emotional abuse, insults.
